The AgLAB-1000-E1™ E1 provides in-line control of the process and automatically adjusts temp, pressure and time while optimizing product yield and profits; it also monitors the extraction gases for trace levels (ppb) of pesticides preventing expensive cross batch contamination and lost profits.  

 

The  AgLAB-1000-E1-C02™ has been designed to meet the demands of CO2 extraction by analyzing the throughput and providing control parameters for targeted results and maximum yield, every time.

 

The AgLAB-1000 D1™ is designed to continuously monitor the distillation process and provide the optimal control settings to produce  the maximum yield of cannabinoids, potencies, and terpenes, while also protecting against unwanted pesticides and solvents.

TESTING

The AgLAB-1000-C1™ is designed to detect pesticides on hemp and cannabis  The samples are introduced with a swab that can either be exposed to the air in a field or growing facility or wiped upon surfaces.  In hemp applications the swabs can be used to sample surfaces of trucks, hoppers, buckers and super sacks;   and with cannabis swabs can be placed in fields to test for pesticide drift contaminations detection or from the surfaces of pots, trim tables and box linings.

Pesticide Testing

The AgLAB-1000-C1™ is used to very accurately (ppb/ppt) detect all U.S. and Canadian regulated pesticide contaminants.

The samples are collected using a swab that it is swiped across  a surface including farm equipment, table tops, irrigation equipment, floors etc.

 

The swabs can also be applied over plant surfaces to detect the extent of a pesticide contamination event while minimizing crop losses.

CROP PROTECTION 

Pesticides can drift over 50 miles and ruin an entire harvest while also contaminating future generations due to  soil and facility contaminations.  The AgLAB-1000™ P1 has been designed as the first line of defense sampling the air every 10 seconds for trace levels (ppb) of airborne pesticides that can cause substantial economic losses.  Placed around the outer perimeter of a greenhouse, the AgLAB-1000™ P1 pesticide alarm sends SMS messages, audible sirens and can automatically take evasive actions.

The AgLAB-1000-P1™ is an automated 24/7 lab-mass-spec designed for outdoor continuous fence line air quality monitoring protection for airborne pesticides.

R&D

R&D

Research and development is at the heart of every growing operation and the AgLAB-1000-R1™ has been developed with the advanced farm operation in mind.  The R1 is a laboratory performance gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC/MS/MS) with many valuable tools including cannabinoid and terpene spectral analysis.  With this analytical and resolving power of the R1, the craftsman now has real-time feedback while reaching for the perfect cultivar.

FIELD

FIELD

First developed for the International Space Station, the AgLAB-1000-F1™ technology has been ruggedized for extreme conditions including high vibrations, humidity, and temperatures.  With these valuable features, the AgLAB-1000-F1™ makes it possible to have a laboratory performance mass-spec in-the-field.  The many field tests now possible include instant harvest-peak-potency, pesticide detection (<20ng), and terpene profiles.

The AgLAB-1000-M1™ is a full functioning mobile mass spectrometry laboratory that can instantly check for pesticides in-the-field from wet or dry flowers/trim and concentrates.  Results include a printed certificate of authenticity with a barcode linking to the online AgLAB-CLEAN™ certificate and report.  The M1 is also capable of providing full instant cannabinoid and terpene profiles and can test for the potency of both THC and CBD.
