TESTING

The AG-LAB-1000-C1™ is designed to detect pesticides down to parts per billion (ppb).  This is a swab based sampling system used to test surfaces of tables, pots, canvas, struts, poles etc., including leaves of live plants to localize points of contamination.

Pesticide Testing

The AG-LAB-1000-C1™ is used to very accurately (ppb/ppt) detect all U.S. and Canadian regulated pesticides.

The samples are collected using a swab that it is rubbed on a surface including table tops, irrigation equipment, floors etc.

 

The swabs can also be rubbed over the surface of plant leaves to detect the extent of pesticide contamination thus minimizing crop losses.

PROCESSING

 

The AG-LAB-1000™ PROCESSING series of mass spectrometers have been designed to aid in the challenging extraction and distillation processes.  The AG-LAB-1000-E1™ has been designed to monitor the extraction gases for trace levels (ppb) of pesticides preventing expensive cross batch contamination and lost revenue.  And, the AG-LAB-1000 D1™ is designed to continuously  monitor each point in the distillation process by profiling cannabinoids, potencies, and terpenes.

CROP PROTECTION 

Pesticides can drift over 50 miles and ruin an entire harvest while also contaminating future generations due to  soil and facility contaminations.  The AG-LAB-1000™ P1 has been designed as the first line of defense sampling the air every 10 seconds for trace levels (ppb) of airborne pesticides that can cause substantial economic losses.  Placed around the outer perimeter of a greenhouse, the AG-LAB-1000™ P1 pesticide alarm sends SMS messages, audible sirens and can automatically take evasive actions.

R&D
